Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad

Ingredients:
3 Whole30 Garlic Herb Chicken breasts
2 C Green Beans (boiled)
6 pieces Bacon (chopped)
Ranch Dressing:
2 Eggs (large)
1 1/2 C Avocado Oil
1 tsp. Mustard Powder
2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 C Parsley (chopped)
3 Tbsp. Dill (chopped)
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
Prepare the Dressing
In a food processor, add the eggs, lemon juice, cider vinegar, garlic and all of the spices.
Start the food processor and slowly stream in the avocado oil. Be careful not to pour the oil in too fast, it will break the emulsion.
Once all of the oil has been incorporated then the herbs can be added. This can be done quickly; you still want to see bits of herb strewn throughout.
Assemble
Boil or steam the green beans and then cut them into 1 inch pieces.
Slice the bacon into small strips then cook it in a sauté pan until crispy.
Then the chicken can be diced into large chunks.
In a mixing bowl the bacon, chicken, green beans can be mixed together with the Ranch dressing until all of the ingredients are covered in the dressing.
It is now ready to serve and enjoy!
